We always get asked what’s the difference between the microfibre cloth and the suede cloth, so here’s the answer…
The biggest difference usually shows when you’re hot clothing. A suede cloth tends to hold less water once it’s wrung out, which can make it easier to lift dirt and grease from the coat without leaving the horse feeling too wet. It’s a really useful option when you want a deeper clean but still want the coat to dry quickly.
A microfibre cloth is more of an everyday go-to. It’s great for wiping off dust and sweat, applying sprays or lotions, and giving the coat a quick freshen up or shine as part of your normal grooming routine.
